Putin dismissed the deputy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of
Bashkiria Alexander Ovchinnikov, in respect of which in early July, the

bribery, evidenced by the presidential decree, placed on the official
portal of legal information.
In early July, SC announced that the basis for the criminal case against Ovchinnikov steel materials for the FSB and the DRC Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bashkiria in Russia, according to which an appropriate statement to them addressed the commander of police forces, who said that Ovchinnikov repeatedly received from him expensive gifts and services are proprietary nature conditions for granting most-favored-performance, as well as general support and connivance.
The press center of the Russian Interior Ministry then said that if the wine Ovchinnikov will be proved to be fired.
For Ovchinnikov was prosecuted under articles "Abuse of power" and "Taking a bribe." The maximum penalty provided for by these articles - 10 years in prison.
The official representative of IC Vladimir Markin said earlier that the investigation will be carried out the necessary investigative steps "to ascertain all the circumstances, subject to proof."
