"We announce Efimova in the search because he fled from the investigation," - said the agency interlocutor.
Previously, Efimov on his blog in LJ said that he left Russia. His lawyer, Olga Rybalova said she did not know that her client had left the country. According to local media, blogger, first went to Ukraine and from there he moved to England.
The twenty fourth of May is pronounced as a result of Efimov's wanted list, because he did not appear to undergo psychiatric evaluations. About this procedure, petitioned the investigation. In July, the court quashed the petition.
