Krasnoyarsk Regional Court sentenced Vladimir Tatarenkova, extradited from Greece in the summer of 2010 and the accused in the murder of two people, to 13.5 years in prison to be served in the colony, RIA news of the courtroom.

"The court convicted Tatarenkova and determined the sentence of 13 years and 6 months imprisonment in a penal colony. The parties have 10 days to appeal the sentence," - said the judge.
According to him, the beginning of the period will be counted on July 21, 2010, from the time when Tatarenkov was extradited to Krasnoyarsk. In due time will be counted and the time when Tatarenkov several times in 1999 and 2000, Greece issued justice to the Russian side for investigation.
The prosecution, in principle, in accordance with the verdict and has not yet decided whether to appeal the decision.

Tatarenkov told reporters in the courtroom that he is sure to appeal the verdict.
Previously, the defendant's lawyer Tanzilya Dubinnikova RIA Novosti said that they appeal the verdict if it is an indictment. At sentencing, the lawyer was absent.
