Fujifilm ceases production of films after almost 80 years

Japan's Fujifilm ceases production of films in the spring of next year due to loss, writes MarketWatch citing local media.

Fujifilm engaged in production of films for almost 80 years - almost since the company's founding in 1934. In this case, Fujifilm was the only company in Japan, which produces films.

As the Japanese media, Fujifilm will continue to produce until a special film for copying and storing previously filmed.
